Attending any appointments with the venue, caterers, entertainment providers, or any other booked suppliers (Travel Fee may apply)

Invitation and RSVP management (Through our planning portal)

Confirm all suppliers and vendors arrive in a timely manner

Run sheet, timings and program creation, as well as private itineraries for the bride and groom

On the day coordination and set up of styling elements and third party hire items for all 3 events

On the day logistics and organization of vendors, bridal party and guest management for all 3 events.

Tia and Claire Weddings Planner/ Stylist remaining on site for the entire bump in and bump out process, as well as throughout the wedding proceedings

Unlimited phone calls, emails, catch-ups, sit visits (Travel fee may apply) and meetings
