Sourcing of all styling vendors and suppliers

Complete liaison and communication between the venue and all confirmed styling vendors, and suppliers

Attending any appointments with any booked styling suppliers (Travel Fee may apply)

Confirm all styling suppliers and vendors arrive in a timely manner

Run sheet, timings and program creation for all styling suppliers

On the day coordination and set up of styling elements and third party hire items

Tia and Claire Stylist remaining on site for the entire bump in and bump out process of all styling elements

Unlimited phone calls, emails, catch-ups, sit visits (travel fee may apply) and meetings!
This service is a fixed fee. Any vendor prices, and hard costs in relation to the execution of the event (printing, florists, furniture, etc.) will be an additional cost.
